Richards & Lewis:

We have practised from our premises at 19 Market Street Ebbw Vale under the style of Richards & Lewis since 1990. However, the firm has existed at these premises under various other guises since the 1950's.

Neil Richards

Neil was admitted as a solicitor in 1983 and has practised in Ebbw Vale since 1986. He is a highly experienced property and family lawyer as well as being the managing partner in the firm. He has spent some years as Clerk to the Caerphilly County Borough Housing Benefits Committee and is currently a Receiver appointed by the Court of Protection.

David Lewis

David is head of our Criminal Department having been admitted in 1987. He also advises extensively in both property and family matters. He has for some years been a member of the Community Legal Service Appeals Tribunal.

Lowri Ryland

Lowri has worked in our family department since 2010. She specialises in Divorce and Children work, and in Care Proceedings.
